Re-sending a Ticket 📩
Anyone who books a ticket via your Native white label website will both:
Receive an email with the ticket(s) attached at the point of sale
Be able to access the tickets by logging into their account and going to My Bookings
But you inevitably end up with some users who can't find their tickets with an event fast approaching.
That's why it's sometimes necessary to re-send tickets to a ticket holder. We've made it super-easy for you to do so!
