Introducing Ticket Transfer 📩

If you enable ticket transfer on an event, then a ticket holder will have the option to formally transfer a ticket to another person. The video on this page shows the first step in this process for the end user.

This gives you control over transfer activity. Without it, students may give each other access to their Native accounts or email tickets to one another. Ticket transfer also helps avoid refund requests.

You can set up a rule to only allow ticket transfer after an event has sold out. This means you can maximise sales while still providing ticket holders with flexibility.
